Off the maps and away from tourists, explore the former King’s temple that stood hundreds of years before Angkor Wat. Once the site of battles between the Vietnamese and Khmer Rouge, this sacred place is now covered by thick forest and shrouded with mystery and serenity. We will be picked up by tuk-tuk at 10am for the excursion. The journey begins with a yoga & meditation practice by the lotus pond surrounded by the sounds of nature. Then we will share a delicious lunch picnic under the shade of ancient trees. Afterwards, there is time to explore the ruins and the local pagoda. The trip ends with a short closing circle before heading back to Hariharalaya.

Touch is a powerful form of communication.
Through our sense of touch we are able to express ourselves and listen to others without words.
In this interactive, fun and dynamic workshop we examine the ways in which we can share our practice with others through Thai Massage, Partner Yoga and therapeutic ‘Acro-Yoga’ techniques.
Beginning with the basics of mindful touch, we will explore the fundamentals of gravity, body mechanics and anatomy. You will learn how to listen to your partner’s body to make a deep connection, an effortless massage, and to release tension and holding patterns. This will help you to find a joyful meditation in the act of both giving and receiving Yoga Massage.
All levels are welcome to experience the joys of shared practice through this comprehensive and diverse style of bodywork, which includes working through a basic massage sequence that you can take home and practice on friends, family and other loved ones!
