Simple whole foods and healthy snacks
The Cambodian Cuisine lends itself well to a Vegan diet as they do not traditionally use any milk or dairy, instead relying on the abundant and nutritious coconut. Our meals are served buffet style and you can help yourself to as much as you need.
Traditional local alternatives
In Cambodia they do not traditionally cultivate wheat, and instead use Gluten Free flours such as rice and cassava flour. We make delicious GF bread and pita, healthy cakes and noodles! All of our sauces are made fresh at home – including Green Goddess Vegan Pesto, Pumpkin Hummus, and Oil free Tofu Cashew Sour Cream!
